Marine Reconnaissance Foundation
Our newest charitable partner is the Marine Reconnaissance Foundation.
The Marine Reconnaissance Foundation is committed to supporting reconnaissance Marines and special amphibious reconnaissance Corpsmen past and present, as well as their families.
The Marine Reconnaissance Foundation is committed to providing reoccurring annual programs, and emergent/emergency support to our teammates past & present, as well as perpetuating the rich history, lineage, and traditions of the Reconnaissance community.
We chose to partner with the Marine Reconnaissance Foundation as their programs and support have had immediate impacts on members and families of the San Diego Marines Foundation and their wider network.

Semper Fi and America’s Fund
One recipient of our charitable efforts is the Semper Fi Fund.
We chose to partner with the Semper Fi Fund as they have had a direct impact on several of our board members and past guests of honor, including Navy Cross recipient Sgt Mike Mendoza and Medal of Honor recipient Corporal Kyle Carpenter.
The Semper Fi Fund is uniquely positioned to provide immediate assistance to Marines and active duty and veterans from other services. The San Diego Marines Foundation does not provide direct support to individuals. We rely on our chosen charity partners to provide support to those in need.
The mission of the Semper Fi and America’s Fund is below.
The Semper Fi Fund provides immediate financial assistance and lifetime support to post 9/11 combat wounded, critically ill, and catastrophically injured members of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families, ensuring that they have the resources they need during their recovery and transition back to their communities. We work to ensure that no one is left behind.
